Bookings and renewal drafts

Buyout (Voiceover Rights) stores client and project names, dates, fees, usage media and territories, contract terms, notes, booking history and your renewal-message template locally on your iPhone. There is no app account or booking server. Renewal messages are drafts for you to review; the app does not send them automatically.

Sharing and backups

CSV exports and renewal drafts are shared only through actions you choose. Their recipients and the apps or storage providers you use handle their own copies. Device backups may include the local database and settings. There is no app sync service. CSV export is a readable copy; the current app cannot import it as a backup.

Notifications

Optional expiry reminders are scheduled locally. They can display client and project names on your lock screen. Control permission and preview visibility in iOS Settings → Notifications. Delivery depends on iOS settings and scheduling; keep your own record of important dates.

Delete and control your content

Delete an individual booking from its detail screen, or use Settings → Delete all bookings. Reset or edit the renewal template separately if it contains personal information. Deleting the app removes its local database and settings; offloading does not. Delete CSV exports, sent messages and device backups separately. Your Apple purchase is not deleted.

Apple purchases and diagnostics

Apple processes App Store payments and restores purchases. The app uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information; Axons One does not receive your card details. Apple may make transaction and sales information available to us under its developer services. If you choose to share diagnostics with developers, Apple may provide crash and usage diagnostics. We do not install a separate advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Manage diagnostic sharing in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. Website and support information

These pages are hosted by Cloudflare. Website requests expose information such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time to the hosting provider for delivery, security and reliability. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. If you submit a support or waiting-list form, the email or phone number you enter and your message are sent to the Axons One contact service hosted on Vercel, and handled through our support communications services so we can respond or provide the launch update you requested. App content is not automatically attached. Service providers may process information outside your country, including outside Australia. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy.

Retention and your requests

Local app content remains until you remove it, subject to the app-specific retention described above. Our policy is to delete support correspondence within 12 months after the request is resolved, unless needed for a continuing issue, legal obligation or dispute. Waiting-list contact details are kept until the requested launch update has been sent or you ask to be removed. Hosting, delivery logs and backup copies follow the relevant providers’ retention processes; deletion is not necessarily immediate from backups. You can request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal from launch updates or raise a privacy concern through Support or the Axons One contact page. We may need to verify your request. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase content held only on your device, in your Apple Account, or by recipients you chose.

Children and policy changes

Buyout is not directed to children under 13. Please do not send children’s personal information through support or waiting-list forms. Contact us if you believe it has been provided so we can address it. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
