Terms of Use

Updated 3 October 2026 · Buyout is made by Axons One, Australia.

Licence

Buyout is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add information about the app; they don't replace the EULA.

Price and purchase

The app is free to download and use for up to five booking chains, including their renewals. The optional one-time unlock is sold by Apple at the local price shown before purchase, and removes the five-chain limit. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. On a new iPhone, use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple manages the App Store refund process. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Not legal advice

The app records the terms you enter and calculates dates from them. It does not interpret contracts, assess what a client may do, or advise on fees, union rates or your rights. Check the actual agreement before you invoice or send a renewal request. A reminder depends on notifications being allowed and the phone being on; keep your own record of important dates.

Your data

Your bookings are stored on your iPhone, as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep a CSV export or a device backup if you want a copy that survives losing your iPhone.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
